My Compaq has BIOS support for it, and in DOS it acts like a PS/2 keyboard. DOS knows no difference what soever. The only thing I have to say about everyone wanting a USB keyboard is when you bog down your system, you'll occasionally loose a few characters hear and there.... Where as with PS/2, if the system got bogged down heavily, assuming it recovered eventually, it'd eventually start spewing out all kinds of keys that I've been typing while it was trying to recover.... Just seems like the USB bus isn't quite as high up on the priorities when memory gets used up..... When the computer's begging for mercy, it tends to not worry with the USB port... ;-) --- þ Synchronet þ mainline - mlc-group.net .
