I prefer LCD to > CRT for long-term viewing. I was just looking at a collection of flat-panel LCD display units a few days ago. They don't seem to have the rez. I want. I looked at the 19", the 18" and the 17" and the highest rez. available was at 1280. I run my three 19" monitors at 1200x1600 each. I would like a couple flat panel units, but I'd need that sorta rez. at least, for my primary display. Now in the supermarket, hanging from the ceiling, there are a load of laaarge flat-panel displays, like 4' wide. two or three of them would be good to put on the wall behind mu main monitor spread, but even though they're big, I don't think they have the same high rez. as my CRTs. --- þ Synchronet þ Cry "Softly" then hit hard at The ANJO BBS .
