That's because rare ground beef is popular, not because it will hospitalize
you.  Hospitals are also (incidentally) full of Windows users.

Not sure about where you're from, but around here, it's safer to buy ground
beef than grind it yourself... there's actually heath regulations involved if
it's ground professionally.
