Yeah, my kids are the same way. ketchup on everything.

Your phrase 'McDonalds Burgers' brought to mind an experience from my bachelor
years -- Back in the early 90's, McD's had a special of $.29 hamburgers on
Monday night, limit 10 per customer... We would pile into a car, roll over
there, and buy the hell out of them. One guy would drive throught, and order
10, the rest would go inside and order 10 each. Those things would last for
days, and they taste exactly the same after being microwaved. :)

This was also during the time period in which Domino's pizza sent me a
Christmas card... :)  I guess making deliveries multiple times per day gets
their attention, eh? (This sounds bad... I didn't eat ALL that pizza! My house
was pretty much open for my friends 24/7. We might have partied a bit much back
then.)
