I'm not sure if that was somehow directed at me or not... I don't think so, but
Not sure... Anyway, I try not to have an attitude like that when dealing with
people, be they technical or not. In fact, my customers generally thank me for
explaining their problems and solutions in terms that they can understand. I
have met several multi-certed people with knowitall attitudes, though... So I
understand.

Yeah, we signed on as a RH reseller back in 2000. What a waste of money. The
only tangib;le benefit we received from that: A copy of RH 6.2, 2 hats, and 2
shirts.
