We eat a lot of poultry here.  Chicken, and to a lesser extent, turkey.  
If I ever see an ostrich dead at the side of the road, I'll try that too. 
;-)

A good chicken sandwich is as good as a good burger any day.  It must be 
boneless, of course, and I prefer mine grilled or barbecued with no skin 
(I only like chicken skin when it's crispy).
