Whole Foods has Ostrich burgers in their frozen section. Ostrich meat is 98% fat free, some of the leanest poultry I've seen. It's not gamey like goose, very tender. Made a great burger with grilled red onions, an organic tomato and green leaf lettuce on toasted 9-grain bread. I have a new theory. If it's fast, it's because it TASTES GOOD. --pF --- MultiMail/Win32 v0.46 þ Synchronet þ realitycheckBBS -- since 1991, more or less... .
