Not as far as I know.  I think that <BK> is frequently written as "=" but 
the other prosigns don't have any accepted keyboard standards, AFAIK.

If writing, they are written barred:   AR, SK and so forth.

And note that in Europe, <SK> is called <VA>.  :-)
