Yeah, that's planned... you could set KochChars to 43 and let 'er rip... though
I don't currently have keys settled on for <BT>, <SK>, and <AR>
I suppose BT could be ENTER, SK could be ESC, but what about AR?  Or should AR
be ENTER and BT be erm...something else then.

Are there accepted standards on this?
