No, I did all my calculations based on formulas in the ARRL Antenna book, 
and other sources.  But if you want to build a folded-J using twin-lead, 
you can go here:

to get some dimensions based on frequency and the VF of the wire you will 
be using.  Don't forget to check the "Inside PVC" box...
