  Ah, it's a done deal... 3 license classes now with a 5 wpm requirement for
  Extra class... It hasn't help the numbers. The more the FCC tries to give
  it away, the less popular thay make it. They've squeezed just about every
  drop of pride out of Ham radio trying to dumb it down so people will give
  it a try. It's not working.
