over the years for me to fight with it anymore.

  As noted, the web links are there. I know you can also get most of the
ARRL stuff via email, whether you're a member or not. There are some
things where you have to be a member to automatically get the
items...otherwise, you have to go to the text version of their website,
and look for the bulletins. I tried to get a similar deal from the
Amateur Radio Newsline awhile back, but never could get it to work.
