They could 'read the mail' so to speak, by monitoring the traffic bertween hams using the band. The trouble is, there are never any hams using the band. You start monitoring tacket traffic and you'll be real lucky to actually find any trffic from a HUMAN sitting at his keyboard... --- þ Synchronet þ CQ DX! The ANJO BBS calling on 56K dial-up... .
