Don't act like someone bitch-slapped you, because that didn't happen. I 
raised the issue briefly and gently.  Instead of posting an "Ooops, sorry 
about that..." type of response, or even letting it slide, you're coming 
with a "You're too lazy to skip my screw-up" remark.
