  I've tried it, but they "run without pausing for input"...as his doors
were coded with "flow control strictly by the book"...and if "there is a
software port handler before the hardware, they probably won't work". He
said that if I could provide specifics on the ports or port drivers that
he might be able to figure a workaround. But, he added that the code is
on an older 486 system, and he's working on another program right now
that's taking a lot of his time.
