I understand that. But unfortunately the company makes the salespeople do that.
Especially when you are on a $6/hr or commision (whichever is higher) payrate. 
And these newer salespeople don't know a darn thing. I constantly had to
correct the people under me of things that they should of known. I think the
largest thing that they did wrong, IMHO was the residual income thing... i.e.
Direct TV, RCA, and cellphones. Ya, they are good, but they needed to stick
with what they did best. Now they have gotten rid of 90% of their attennas, and
alot of other equipment.
