Subj : Digipan To : All From : Spaceman Spiff Date : Wed Jan 19 2005 08:23 pm One of the HAMs in my club sent me a program call Digipan. http://www.digipan.net/ It does PSK31 along with several other digital modes. You hook the audio out of your HF rig into your sound card and you can copy several QSO simultaniously. It will also allow you to transmit but it takes some more wiring. The program is worth checking out. if you do. look around 14.0700MHz and 7.0700 MHZ which are good for starters. The program is free and runs on Windows. I didn't see a LINUX version, but who knows, maybe the prgrammer would allow someone to port the source into a LINUX compiler. I was looking for some LINUX HAM radio apps. I saw a logging program... but the subject came up at a HAM meeting last night when I was talking about the Linux box I have been playing with. I thought possibly Angus would know of some good Linux HAM Apps. .
