So, there are plenty of CW sprints, but I know of no sideband sprint.  With
that in mind, I got together a few local hams last night and we started the
weekly Single-Sideband Challenge.  We'll be on the air every Friday morning at
0200 UTC (that's Thursday at 2000 CDT, 8 PM Central) until 0400 UTC calling CQ
trying to make as many contacts as possible so we can pat ourselves on the
back.  We'd love to have you participate, too.  

Basically, get on any non-WARC band where you can legally operate
single-sideband phone and try to make as many contacts as possible.  This is
open to all radio amateurs.  We look forward to working you!  Contact me for
