The new echolink supports external proxies which allow you to run it behind a
firewall and even to run more than one echolink behind the same public IP. I'm
using the proxy setup extensively now and have my own private proxies set up
(2) and a bunch of public proxies set up. If you go on echolink.org and click
on "Echolink Proxy" it will explain more how it works.

Just a thought that might help get you active on it again :)

It's certainly great technology, although it will never replace chasing lowband
