Then they are probably LEO birds with a high Mean Motion, and a low average
MAX-EL.  Somethign with a flat circular pattern will probably work well.  When
they are overhead, the gain through the antenna will be less, but the
slant-range will be less as well, shich sort of compensates.

Name a few birds so I can look in my tracking software and see how they behave.
