According to some, he *does* have an exit strategy.  Kill off all the 
terrorists (although I am still waiting to hear how they will know this 
has been achieved), and equip, train and arm all the fundamentalist, 
Shiite majority, making it so much easier for them to slaughter the 
conservative, Sunni minority who they have wanted to destroy for decades.
