 GWB is just a talking head, as with every other president. One man can not
start a war. However, it embarrases me as an american to listen to him blabber
away. Does he really think Joe Public is that ignant? The Gipper was a great
president. 

When the USA's spy plane had an emergency landing on the chinese island and
Clinton was in office. They had our troops and our plane. The whole ordeal went
on for a few weeks, if I remember correctly? The Gipper would have immediately
said something like, "You will give me our troops, and our plane. If you don't
like it ask the japanese what it was like".
