Actually, no.

It is you that is making claims, specifically that the WMD existed in 
Iraq (and presumably still exist somewhere).  And that this justified 
attacking the sovreign nation of Iraq.  Since YOU are making the claim, I 
do believe the burden of proof lies with YOU.

Shouldn't be hard for you, if you work with an "intelligence" agency, as 
you said.  Just make something up and forge the documents to prove it!
