You don't even want to start down that line of comparison, my friend.  There's
water under the bridge, but had Clinton acted when he had opportunity, there
would have been no 9/11 (at least at the behest of bin Laden).  Don't think
that bin Laden just came out of the woodwork when Bush took office... He was a
very popular figure to all the intelligence agencies for nearly a decade prior!
