Maybe the "old timers" that used to swamp to the BBSes back then just don't know about telnet and how easy it is. Personally, I didn't know anything about telnet until Dec 2003. I've been thinking of printing up a bunch of business cards and taking them to computer stores, gas stations and anyplace else they will let me leave them. Also maybe put up some flyers on some of the supermarket cork boards in the entryway. Laundromat posting boards.... anyplace. My web page deals in the promotion of BBSes... what they are, how to use them, and a small list of other boards that I am acquainted with. http://queens.slyip.net --- þ Synchronet þ Queen's Castle - queens.slyip.net .
