I ran wwiv back in 93 and 94, and there was a thriving wwiv community in the Albany NY area back in those days. Broke me heart watching it all fizzle away, and I'm aware of the difference in the nature of the callers. I used to be bothered by the fact that most of the callers were sysops or had been at one time, but now I don't care. I'm in this for my own fun, and if I get users along the way, cool. Look there, somebody is logging in now. --- þ Synchronet þ Greenwood, Lake Placid, NY, telnet://greenwoo.synchro.net .
