For a dedicated box for the BBS you can use any old computer which IMO is cheaper and easier then dedicating a Windows license/box to the BBS. Mine is a Dell Optiplex GX1, 400Mhz, 128Megs/Ram, and a 40 Gig HD I paid like $20 for. These older machines are perfect for such a task. Just a suggestion if you can't get this issue resolved. You can pick-up these older boxes for next to nothing at local computer shops or EBay.
