Ok, here's the scenario.

Running Windows 2000 SP4, and as you saw by my previous post that my bbs WAS up
and running =(

I went to log in via external connection on my laptop to add a user when the
server froze, and crashed.

When we rebooted, node 1 was still saying she was connected, when in fact she
wasn't (I turned the laptop off).

So I kept trying, and then did the unthinkable.  I exported my settings,
removed the software and reinstalled.

After I did that, I realized that the TELNET server wasn't initializing, it was
now saying that it can't bind itself to port 23 anymore.  I tried switching
ports, even to the one that my Ventrlo VOIP software is set to, and it still
won't initialize.

I think it's a software issue, but not sure where to go, what to look for, etc.

When you try to connect to lotw2.servebbs.net it prompts for the telnet
information, login, password and domain.

can anyone please help me?!?
