Synchronet is about the most perfect BBS app ever, and though some consider BBSes oldschool, Sync is totally into the modern Internet age. I'm not that much into BBS games (yet), but most old-school games have been modernized and work quite well in todays Internet-based boards. For me, I just setup a board again after several years of on and off sysop'ing, and this time it's here to stay! Now it's just a matter of learning how to setup DOSEMU (my board is on Linux) and get back into writing ANSI graphics. Take care, and welcome back!
