I use Textamerica for camera phone pics because I can send'em directly from 
the phone, which is NICE!  We went to New Mexico in July and we have pics 
from our phones on the website.  Other then that I use The Gallery 
(PHP-based web program) for most pics.

I've also used Webshots, but too commercial for me :)
