But what you _can_ do is, go to the office, get your childs records, take them to the nearest perochial school, and enroll your child. That way the public school just lost $10k of state money, and your child will be educated. Doesn't cost any more than a car payment. Your child will come home from school and know what discipline is, and talk to you in full sentences. Your child will have a shorter school year, because everyone knows that they learn more in the alloted time. Not ten minutes of "sit down class" and 30 minutes of english. They will receive 40 minutes of english. Uniforms are cheaper. Colleges will be more favorable to perochial school graduates. Don't get me wrong, My kids have had friends from public schools that had more peircings in their face than you could imagine, but were the nicest kids you could meet. And I have seen kids in a shirt and tie that were the devil himself. Both my girls went to catholic school, they learned about all different religions, not just catholic doctrine. Greek, roman, mytholigy. Mention to the school admins that you are thinking about xfering your kids, see what they have to say? They know that the scholl loses money everytime a parent cares about their kids education, and does the right thing. You can complain all you want about public school, I myself got sick and tired of them. *Lord Eros* .
