Yes,the roads coming north out of Houston,Galveston,etc.. are jammed. Hwy 45 is
now completely northbound only..others will soon be the same. Up here in North
Texas, we already had some evacuees come into the WalMart where I am a support
manager for car-work. I work in the TLE department. We expect TONS more today.
