Yup, I have family in Beaumont, and being older (from 70 through 98 yo) they 
have the mentality that they've lived through a century of hurricanes, 
what's so big asobut this one.  That's my biggest worry right now...  

For us in Waco, being 200 miles from the coast they're saying 60-70 mph 
winds Saturday with TONS of rain, so if a tornado doesn't hit worst case is 
power outages for a week or so.  Great, no BBS!!!!
