Is life fair?? Are people fair?? Is it fair that people have to live through things like hurricanes and other disasters? The majority of the time the answer is 'no'. There are a lot of unfair things in this world. That's life. So unfortuntly it makes no difference if something is fair or not. It doesn't mean that it's right though. It's bad enough we have to live with the unfairness of the natural world without having to compound it by making rules and laws that makes things even worse. Yes, there are certain things that are unfair but nessisary - taxes being one of those things. But to force someone to do something against their will when it's NOT nessisary, is just wrong.
