Hey Guys...

Well today after work I'm heading to the store for batteries and other 
supplies just incase we need'em this weekend.  I live in Waco, which is 
about 200 miles inland from the Gulf, but they're predicting a foot or more 
of rain and winds upwards of 60mph this weekend if the hurricane heads this 
way.

Something else that sucks is my step-mom's mom is in Houston and VERY close 
to death, and there's no way they can move her.  My dad and step-family is 
all down there, so who knows when they'll get back home if they're not back 
by Friday and Rita hits Texas.  

I know there's lots of folks in Texas on the Sync BBS list, so just curious 
how many other are prepairing for this round of weather.
