ug... that turns my stomach just thinking about it..


We have tons of textile mills up here and lots of the big names (Shaw) owned by
Berkshire Hathaway actually advertise the job market here in Mexico..


Now lately I've seen a big influx of refugees/evacuees from the gulf who were
affected by katrina come here and settle down and start work.. Which I really
am glad we are able to host them.

A lot of them have been put into homes, given cars and a career in less than 10
days..

But for some strange reason it seems that native born North Georgians have a
hard time getting a good job in the textile industry.

I'm just glad I'm in transportation.
