I think it would be a massive homesteading effort.

Texas and southern California would go to Mexico, as they're infiltrated 
already.

LA goes to the Chinese.

Utah becomes it's own country.

Rhode Island, and Pensylvania go back to the British.

Oklahoma goes back to Native America.

Canada can have Alaska.

Hawaii goes to Japan.

The French get Louisiana.

Maybe Barbados can get dibs on Florida?  Can you guys count?  Are you 
friends with Castro?  Do you know how to roll/smoke?
