No, but you are no longer able to transfer ownership.  In most countries, you
may assign an executor to handle the transfer of ownership of your posessions
according to his/her understanding of your wishes.  You may decide while alive
hat you want to go to Australia on the 19th.  If you die on the 18th however,
it's unlikely that your decsion will have any effect.
