You keep making the silly inferrence thaty dead people can't make any 
decisions.  But they can make decisions BEFORE they die, can't they?  They 
can say "When I die, bury me at sea.  I want wreaths of white lilies."

And their heirs and relatives can ensure that those wishes are fulfilled, 
because upon the instant of death, THEY get to make decisions.

Even if I'd said "Weight my corpse with gold ingots and throw me in the 
Marianas trench."
