      Absolute power corrupts absolutly.  Even the best man is effected by
      his own sinful nature.  I reached the decision where voting just causes
      more problems.   As much as I regret it I will withold my vote in the
      next election.

     Ophalia is just spinning in place off the East Coast (71 mph and causing
     beach erosion) near Sanford.  They don't know what it's going to do
     but it appears to be going NE.  This storm worries me.  It acts like 
     Jeanne did last year.  That storm went NE from the coast, did a complete
     loop to the SW and came back in across the middle of Florida as a cat 3
     hurricane.  These storms are very unpredictable.
