Yea?  Well, I always like my fish fried, and i also like dolphin a lot.  
Given my choice, I'd take dolphin (or kingfish) fried golden brown in the 
Bajan style, rather than 'blackened'.  Byt *any* type of fried is better 
than steamed/poached/boiled fish!
