Due to the recent discussion, I thought I would throw this tid-bit in
that I found in a Trivia echo on another network:
 
"According to the John Hopkins Health Insider, 66% of the ground
beef sold in U.S. supermarkets were contaminated with salmonella
or other bacteria."
