  Even a comedian can state profound POVs.  Perhaps especially so, their POVs 
unbridled and intentionally delivered in a manner designed to make impact, as 
they are, rather than censored or mitigated to satisfy a middle-road political 
target audience.

  Meanwhile, the same admonishment you make could almost be said of today's 
spate of prominant politicians.  

  Remember, politicians don't have to tell the truth in their quest for 
personal gain, and there are precious few out there worth looking to as a 
political or moral compass.

  It really doesn't matter whose comments inspire what, frankly.  A good point 
is a good point.
