Angus is a bit less likely to restrain himself, and a bit more informed than
the average non-american.  He has a cynicism that's not common (but definately
not unknown) in many necks of the woods... but yeah... people in other
countries talk (And to head Jazzman off here... we KNOW the US doesn't care...
that's why we talk).
