I wonder how everyone would react if Nagin was a republican and it was a poor

I've been poor enough sevaral times growing up and in my adult life where I
didn't even have a car.  Can you consider the possiblity I couldn't go anywhere
in case of a natural disaster?  And if I did, where would I stay?
