  Just a guess, but I think Frank here's got a real talent for ignorance.  He
works for the government, you see.  Some day, I'd like to find out if his is an
appointed position or, at least, a patronage-driven one, but he doesn't seem
very willing to say.

  It's like living in a Twilight Zone version of Bonanza, if you want to know
the truth.  Or the Beverly Hillbillies, I suppose, where Ned goes through a
period in his life where he finds alcohol, cocaine, and God and then becomes
president.

  Tough call.  A decently analogous satire could be outlined with either
scenario.
