Reasonable circumstances occur when the chances of us having to return
in the near-term to solve equivalent or bigger problems are less than
50%.  Until then, it's folly to leave.  It's like walking away from a
blazing forest fire in the hope that it goes out by itself.  It'll only
be bigger when you're ultimately forced to return.

Oh, and you realize that 150,000 American soldiers are 150,000 American
soldiers, even if they're wearing blue helmets, right?
