And that gets to my initial question on HOW we bring them back?  Do we
just say "screw the Iraqis" and let the country spiral into chaos?  Is
it fair to the 98% of Iraqi citizens who want freedom to allow Islamic
extremists to establish a theocracy of the radical few with the biggest
guns?  How long before we'd be back to cauterize the festering sore that
would infect every surrounding nation and beyond?

What's the exit strategy?
