I can tell you for a fact that every soldier sets a clock in their head as to
when they will return home. Beit a year or a day. That's why stop-loss and
involuntary extentions are so demoralizing.

BTW show me the parent that is glad their child lost his/her life in war. They
are all glad AFTER they come home that they did what they did.
