This is a stunning comment of a couple levels.
1) What exactly is an "Iraqi insurgent"?  How could one be Iraqi and a
foreigner in Iraq at the same time?
2) An insurgent is "one that acts contrary to the established leadership (as of
a political party, union, or corporation) or its decisions and policies" which,
incidently, means the americans were the insurgents.  The americans are NOT an
established government, so fighting them is NOT insurgency.
